Claudia Edith Otterbeck, founder with unbridled hospitality, was looking for this gem for a long time and has realized her heart's desire to run a small city hotel. DAS EDITH opened its doors at the end of 2022. The hotel deliberately bears the name of the grandmother, with whom the hostess has a special connection that she would like to share with her guests.
