The two hosts, Rudi Kull and Albert Weinzierl, can look back on almost thirty years of experience in the hotel and catering industry. The hotel was opened in 2001 and has been continuously modernized since then. In addition to the classic double rooms, there are also apartments with an integrated kitchen. The establishment is stylish, professional - with a pleasant, personal touch. The timeless elegance of the modern architecture is complemented by warm colours, comfortable fabrics, fresh flowers and fragrant pine wood, which ensures a relaxed atmosphere throughout the house.
In the morning, a large selection of regional products awaits the guests for breakfast. In the evening, the guest room is transformed into a cozy wine bar. Nomen est omen - in "Grapes" the focus is on the grape. There is an excellent selection of wines for wine lovers and those who might want to become one, accompanied by a relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. You can also order delicious dishes such as salmon trout with pointed cabbage and a crustacean broth. Of course there are also vegetarian and vegan dishes such as the delicious chanterelle risotto or the "spicy" broccoli.
Especially in summer, various beer gardens, beautiful parks and enchanting districts invite you to explore the city. With the hotel's own bikes, you can quickly do a lap in the English Garden and cycle past the many great sights or the Isar, and then enjoy a fine drink in the in-house bar - a city trip can hardly be more relaxed.

Sustainable
ArchitectureHigh-quality, regional materials such as bog oak, natural Jura stone, linen and bronze were used in the construction. The focus of the local craftsmen who work together here was on the use of local woods. The mattresses are made of natural rubber. And the fabrics used, such as linen, cotton and felt, also come from sustainable production.
FoodExcellent products from trusted suppliers are served mornings and evenings for breakfast and in the wine bar.
In addition to supporting some charity projects, it is particularly important to the two owners to train their own trainees well and, ideally, to take them on after they have completed their training. This creates trusting bonds to the house, which also give the guests a good feeling.
EnvironmentThe reduction of plastic waste in the company and the precise waste separation is particularly important to the two operators. In addition, the drinking water is treated, the electricity - also for the in-house car charging station - is booked with local providers and the groceries are obtained exclusively from regional suppliers.
