ArchitectureDesigned with respect for nature and local conditions, the sustainable architecture blends harmoniously into the rural Mediterranean environment. The interior was largely designed by artists and designers in collaboration with host Fritz, who has received international awards for his creative work. All service providers, from the construction company at the time to the gardener, are all "real" Ibizenkos, whom the host couple have known for many years and with whom they maintain friendly relationships based on trust and mutual exchange.

EnvironmentThe house scores points with its double-walled construction with insulating air chambers in the building and the thick window reveals, which have a positive effect on the indoor climate and temperatures, especially in summer. This also reduces the need for air conditioning. Rainwater is also collected and channeled invisibly into large underground cisterns. It is also worth mentioning that it was only with the help of an old, sensitive Ibizan dowser that it was possible to find the right place on the property to drill the house's own well. Unlike in most hotels and houses on the island, where the water for cooking and drinking has to be delivered externally by trucks in water tanks or bought in the supermarket, the well supplies the entire property. The water comes directly from the water-saving fittings.

Well-BeingThere is a large wellness pool. This is fed with velvety soft water from the hotel's own well, with no added chlorine and largely free of chemicals. A beautiful pergola surrounded by greenery invites you to practice yoga and meditation. On request, there are life coaching sessions for relaxation, resolving stress and blockages and sustainable self-management.
